Rice has played a very important role as a staple food and skin care ingredient in Korean history.
In the Joseon Dynasty, rice bran water was used like today's toner and was called Beauty Water, for beautiful skin. Rice bran is rich in amino acids and minerals, helping to moisturize dry skin.
- Alpha-Arbutin 2%
Alpha-arbutin works by inhibiting the activity of tyrosinase which limits the production of melanin in your skin. Furthermore, it is also known to have 10 times more effect than regular beta-arbutin.
Apply 2-3 drops to clean skin. Gently massage into skin until fully absorbed. Use morning and evening.
