Orders are shipped with the company ACS courier and shipping costs are €4.50 for purchases under €40.
For purchases over 40€, shipping is FREE.
Cash on delivery service €7 regardless of order value.
The delivery time of your order from us to the courier company is estimated at 1-3 business days. Then, from the moment your package is delivered to the courier company, the delivery time to your location is estimated at 1-4 business days (in inaccessible areas the delivery time may increase). When the order is delivered to the courier, you will receive an informative e-mail with its number as well as the relevant tracking number so that you can monitor its progress.

Returns-Withdrawal Policy

In case the customer wishes to return purchased products, they must be returned within 14 calendar days of their delivery and the shipping costs will be borne by the customer. The products must be returned intact, in their original packaging, carefully wrapped, clean and unused and with all labels attached. All items must be in excellent condition. If the returned products do not meet the above conditions, they will be returned to the customer at their own expense. The products to be returned must be accompanied by the corresponding purchase receipt. Provided that the aforementioned conditions are met, the customer will be refunded within 14 working days from the time the company was informed of his withdrawal, except for €3.5 (the costs of returning the product).

If the reason for the return is the company's fault (e.g. wrong or defective product), then the return cost is entirely borne by our company.

To initiate the return process, send us an email at dailyglow.info@gmail.com with your order number and subject "PRODUCT RETURN" so we can provide you with address information and more details about the return process.

Once we receive your package, we will examine the product(s) and notify you of the refund within 7 days. Returns are only accepted upon approval by the company.
The company does not accept product changes.
